She lost her bid, now she wants to do the same for Hillary...

Ferraro: Obama Where He Is Because He's Black

I believe that Barack Obama would be the front runner regardless of his race. I don't even think of race when I see him. I think of youthful vigor, style, self confidence. He's perfectly suited to be President, like Kennedy, he's got great charisma. I still feel he doesn't have the experience that Clinton would bring to the Presidency. True those words were used against JFK, but times were different. We're now fully engaged in a war. The economy is at 20 year low(today the market went up 400 pts who's playing games with the stock market?). Maybe the country needs someone with inexperience to clean up this mess Bush is leaving. That's a thought.
Can he beat McCain in November? I think it depends on how things are going in Iraq. Everyone knows now that as a Senator he voted against going into Iraq. If things are not going well in Iraq, he'll be sitting pretty, but if things go well in Iraq, McCain will look good since (he'll claim) he wrote the original script and say stuff like, things are so much better now, lets stay the course, we're still not safe from terrorism (with a few Al-Qaida threats thrown in). On the other hand, the majority of Americans are sick and tired of the blood shed and of spending 15 billion dollars a month in Iraq. Yet, if we focus more on the economy, I think McCain will lose against Hillary or Barack. McCain's idea on how to help the economy is the same as Bush's and nobody wants that.
I still haven't been convinced that Hillary doesn't have what it takes to beat McCain.
Let me put it this way: Will Obama be able to take the heat? The Republicans are very sleazy and they'll turn inexperience into a disease. If you think Ferraro dirtied up the race, wait till the real bigots get started, and they're mostly Republicans.
